Administrator- Production
Immediate start !
Role: Administration - Production
Transport required - rural location
Working Hours: 48 hours pw - weekly rota 5 out of 7 days
Pay rate: £10.10 - £11.04 DOE
Temporary
Main tasks:
- Ensure all job sheets are created
- Stock sheets are printed and distributed
- Working with extreme accuracy
- Enter details from previous days job sheets
- Ensure all production administration is up to date and accurate
- Monitoring stock rotation and stock discrepancies
- Clear communications with management
- Following processes and compliance
- Meet client service levels
What you'll need to be successful:
- Experience working in an office environment - ideally production or manufacturing
- Experience of using ecxcel - adding volume data
- Experience of using stock systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new processes and systems
