We are working with a rapidly expanding company that has been established over 15 years , in this time they have seen considerable growth and gained a great reputation for what they do!
This is a full time permanent position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch (office based)
Duties include
Meeting and greeting visitors and distributing the appopiate access passes
Dealing with telephone enquiries in a professional manner
Managing the diary and booking appointments as required
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times
Keeping client records and files up to date
Acting as the first point of contact for all external suppliers/contractors
Liaising with over areas of the business to ensure deadlines are adhered to
Weekly reporting
Taking part in project meetings and completing the admin tasks that would follow this
Keeping the office clean and tidy
Ordering PPE and office supplies
The person
Experience in the construction industry would be preferred but this is not essential
A minimum of 2 years experience in a varied admin role
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
A proactive approach to work and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work within a team or independently
