Hours: Monday-Friday (Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-5pm Fridays 8:30-4:00pm)

HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Administrator for our busy family run business with over 25 years' experience in the trade. This role is a Temp-Perm opportunity.

Starting out in the Southwest, the company is now expanding across the whole of the UK. The company thrive on recognising that their people are the key to our growth and success and therefore are looking to add key members to their team to help them continue to grow.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of multiple Construction projects, including arranging appointments and schedules.
• Act as the key interface between Finance and the wider business to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Support the Quantity Surveyor(s) by overseeing the financial and operational progress of the assigned projects whilst communicating with the client throughout the process.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong communicator with good attention to detail.
• Experience in an administrative role is desirable.
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to analyse, interpret and present information
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines multi-task and prioritise without the requirement for regular direct supervision
• Knowledge of Filemaker (bespoke database) is advantageous but not desirable
• Knowledge of Sage and Purchase Order processing is advantageous but not desirable
