Job Role: Administrator - Health & Safety

Location: Castle Carey - You will need to drive (not accessible by public transport)

Pay: £11-£12 p/h (based on experience)

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the SES Manager with developing and improving the existing health and safety administration.

The successful candidate should have an interest in health & safety, be enthusiastic to learn and support where required.

Job Responsibilities

• Support with implementation and maintenance of appropriate HSE site policies and management systems through the development of relevant site-specific management systems.
• Support with development, implementation, and maintenance of the site standards for health and safety management with particular focus on the MARS Global high-risk areas; machinery safety (LOTO), work at height, workplace transport and contractor and construction management.
• Support with maintenance of the plant emergency procedures and ensure they link to the business continuity and crisis management standards at the site.
• Support with all site HSE audit programmes to ensure compliance with corporate and legislative/regulatory requirements and hold individuals to account to close all actions on gap closure.
• Support with implementation of the site security management system, the site security activities and support coordination of security improvements on site.
• Support with communication of HSE data and trends.

• You must drive to be able to get to and from this role as it is not accessible by public transport
• Administration is preferred but not essential
