Mainly taking inbound customer Service calls re Invoice queries, repair queries and large amount of calls will be internal from the engineers ordering of Parts for products and chasing them up.
A leading and well-established manufacturer and distributor based in South West London is currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator/ Customer Support
Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day operation of the department including telephone support for customers on minor technical problems, processing of sales orders, purchasing of parts and advance replacement sourcing in an industry demanding immediate problem resolution.
The successful candidate will therefore require excellent communication and organisational skills with a flexible and innovative approach to problem solving
and will ultimately develop comprehensive product knowledge.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, at the very least the ideal candidate must have a good practical knowledge and understanding of computer software and good working knowledge of Word and Excel and have the ability to be able to work under their own initiative in a very busy department. Possess very good administration skills with attention to detail. They must also provide problem-related feedback to other relevant departments in a timely manner and ensure that adequate product information is available to all staff including training where appropriate.
A driving license is not essential but may be a benefit in dealing with customers and suppliers, this may involve a small amount of time away from home as will
attendance at trade exhibitions as required.
