Administration Assistant/ Receptionist
Salary: £18,525 - £22,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 33 days per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

A fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant /Receptionist with at least 2 years office administration experience coupled with excellent inter-personal skills and time management. You must have the ability to prioritising workload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required for our client a Leading and friendly company. Providing full administrative support, being the first point of contact for the company.
To provide a courteous front-of-house reception service, including booking meeting rooms and greeting visitors (internal and external).
Manage and process in/outgoing correspondence physically and electronically.
Document Control and Management for enquiries, quotations and knowledge capture including maintenance and operation of electronic file stores
Support in production of internal communications, material; SLA reporting etc
Provide general clerical and administrative support to all departments
Support the drive to a paper-free environment with scanning and digitisation of paper-based knowledge
