Due to ongoing development, our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Chard office.
A minimum of 2 years practice experience is essential together with proven experience of producing practice accounts to partner review level.
The role will involve the preparation of accounts and tax for partner review together with liaising with clients regarding clearing queries on the accounts. There is also the potential to undertake book keeping and VAT work together with training clients on using online software. Full training and support will be given to enable you to achieve this.
Support for further study for a professional qualification will be provided if desired.
They are an ACCA approved training practice and all students training for professional qualification are able to attend external courses as well as being provided with a home study package.

Please note that during current conditions, some remote working is possible however it is likely that initially you would be required to attend the office for part of the week.
