HRGO Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its clients friendly and professional team.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Xero and good excel skills and will be a highly organised person, who is self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. A people person, as building relationships with suppliers to the team is essential. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving ambitious local start-up company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting - Fleet, Project, Stock
• Process VAT
• CIS
• Maintain Fixed Assets
• Charge Backs
• Project invoices
• Manage Debtors Ledger
• Balance sheet reconciliations

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• AAT qualified
• The desire to study for or is currently studying towards ACCA or similar qualification
• Experience within a similar position

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• AAT (required)
