• To prepare monthly reports to Finance & Accounting Department, Management & Information Department.

• To prepare quarterly reports to Finance & Accounting Department, Management & Information Department of Parent Bank.

• To prepare the monthly domestic system important financial institution reports to regulators.

• Prepare the quarterly and semi-annual information packs.

• Prepare the quarterly and annual reports as requested.

• To assist in the preparation of performance assessment analysis report by Entity, Department and Relationship Manager level based on FTP policy of the bank on quarterly basis.

• To assist in the automation of the reports within FC and monitoring the progress with Parent Bank IT development centre

• To be responsible for the annual tax return information for Branch as per Parent Bank's requirement

• To assist in the Maintenance of accounts related standing data of FOVA and its sub-systems.

• To prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial report to Parent Bank

• To prepare the monthly domestic system important financial institution reports to regulators in China

• To prepare the quarterly and semi-annual information pack

Ideally with a min of 2 - 3 years' experience preferably within operating expense journal posting roles.

Degree or similar qualification in Finance & Accounting

Able to manipulate data to prepare the financial reporting (Excel)

Technical and analytical skills

Bilingual (Fluent Mandarin and English) ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
