ROLE: Account Manager and Talent Acquisition

PAY RATE: £10-£12P/H Based on experience

HRGO Recruitment are looking for someone to manage one of our client's National Accounts and join our friendly team. You will be working for One of the UK`s Leading Recruitment Agencies.

You will be working with a team of Recruitment Consultants and meeting both targets and deadlines, finding suitable applicants for available job roles. Talking to suitable applicants about live job roles. There will be full training given.

Job Description

• Source, develop and retain candidates from adverts / job boards
• Book candidates into required booking using our CRM system (training provided)
• Generate candidates from multiple sources
• Write engaging job adverts that attract candidates to the opportunities
• Highlight trends and identify market insights into recruitment challenges and identify opportunities for development
• Managing a national client account
• Partner with stakeholders and support them with candidate management

Who we are looking for!

• Ideally, we would be looking for someone with experience in either of the following, Account management, Administration, Estate Agency or Recruitment / Resourcing.
• Friendly and able to work in a team as well as independently
• Quick learner and willing to learn
• Organised and resilient

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
