Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Birkenhead

Pay: £8.72 Per Hour weekly pay + bonus paid on attendance and quality + 28 days holiday

Hours: Monday- Sunday 7.30am-10pm, on a rota basis (5 out of 7 days)

You will work an average of 40 hours per week, receiving 40 minutes for lunch and x2 10 minute breaks (Breaks are unpaid).

Our client provides broadband, land-line, digital television and mobile services and are responsible for handling all calls relation to mobile services. We are looking for a number of candidates who will be expected to take enquiries with regards to billing on accounts, technical support with handsets, limits and upgrades of tariffs, taking payments from customers, reinstating accounts and notating all calls in full detail on the system.

Job Purpose

• Answer calls both incoming and making outbound calls when required
• Handle customer enquiries via phoneand by email
• Back office administration
• Account administration on contracts
• Basic fault finding skills
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Taking payments
• Resolving billing issues
• Taking calls regarding account suspension
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
