IT Support duties and responsibilities of the job:

• Maintenance and upgrade of existing Zoho CRM

• Creating and testing application development using Zoho Creator (HTML, Java and Deluge)

• Creating, testing, and implementing custom functions and work flow rules

• Zoho CRM integration with other applications and websites (APIs, REST, SOAP)

IT Support job qualifications and requirements:

• Very good experience with ZOHO CRM platforms in configuration, customisation, administration and reporting

• Experience in creating and testing application development, using Zoho Creator (HTML, Java and Deluge)

• Solid understanding of accounts, leads, opportunities, contacts and campaigns

• Competent in building reports and dashboards. Proven business process, analytical and problem - solving skills

• Demonstrated working knowledge of data management.

• Experienced in development using Zoho Creator and work flow.

• Experience in all Zoho Modules.

• Experienced in integrations of Zoho across internal database other resources.

• Automation using Zoho like sending automated emailers message etc

• Good understanding of front - end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JavaScript.

• Flexibility to carry out any other task required to meet business needs.

• Excellent communication and written skills.
