- Year 5 PPA Teacher (Wednesday's)

- Colchester, Essex

- Part Time, 1 day per week

- Starting from the February Half Term

HRGO Education are working with a Primary School in Colchester who are looking for a PPA Teacher for a Year 5 class, one day per week from the February Half Term. There is no planning required for this role, the successful teacher will only be required to mark the work for the day they are in school. The successful candidate will be qualified and have a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum along with a passion for working with children. This role will be for the rest of the academic year.

The Role:

• Planning, Marking & delivering lessons
• Teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Attending meetings & liaising with parents
• Using a range of different tracking and student progress tools
• Controlling a classroom of pupils

What you will need:

• Hold QTS or completed a PGCE (NQT's encouraged to apply)
• A cleared enhanced DBS or one in process
• A confident & adaptable individual
• A personable, creative and enthusiastic team player
• Strong classroom management
• Be UK Resident or be eligible to work in the UK
