Job Role: Year 3 Primary Teacher (one year maternity cover)

Location - Gillingham, Medway

HRGO Education are in search of a Year 3 Teacher that can inspire young learners.

HRGO Education are working with a "Good rated" Primary school in Medway, who are seeking a full-time Year 3 Teacher from September 2021. They are looking for somebody with a passion for Primary education that enjoys inspiring young learners. You will be taking over a class of 27 pupils that are making good academic progress. There is a full-time learning support assistant with the class. Much of the longer-term planning for the academic year is already in place.

This is a two- form entry, local authority school rated "Good" by Ofsted. As well as the core subjects of English, Maths and Science. Art, Physical Education and Music are subjects central to the school's ethos. They aim to create a dynamic learning environment for pupils.

The school is situated in the Gillingham area of Medway and there are excellent transport links as well as a secure car park for drivers. It is easy to get there by Bus, Train or Car.

This is a Full Time Year 3 teacher role (one year maternity cover) and salary will be according to your Scale Point.

Suitable Year 3 Primary Teacher candidates:

• QTS or equivalent, NQTs will be considered
• Will have the ability to inspire pupils, plan and deliver engaging lower KS2 lessons
• Are willing to learn new teaching strategies and are reflective practitioners
• Can work well with other members of the Year 3 phase team including learning support assistants
• Organised, friendly, enthusiastic, creative and with strong behaviour management
