Working for one of the UK's leading food service and facilities provider, my client is looking for a Catering Assistant to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 3pm at an organisation based in Northfleet.

This is a busy, varied role and my client is looking for someone who is flexible, has excellent communications and used to dealing with customers face to face.

The role will involve serving food and beverages to customers, basic cold food preparation, taking payments and keeping financial records as required.

The job will also involve emptying cash vending machines, restocking goods and ensuring appropriate displays of merchandise. You will also be responsible for cleaning back of house areas, crockery and cutlery and keeping the counter area presentable.

Ideally you will have 1-2 year's experience in a food services or retail environment, Food Hygiene certificate Level 2 is desirable.
