We are looking to appoint an experienced temporary Web & Marketing Administrator operating from our clients office based in Bishops Stortford.

You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to publish and supply content to an International client.

Working with the UK client Marketing Manager your daily tasks will be:

• Responsible for publishing supplied content across 5 international websites in 5 languages

• Managing and planning publication tasks from multiple marketing teams

• Creating posts, pages, formatting content, scheduling etc

• Editing and formatting images for the internet

• Good understanding of using project management systems like Slack, Trello, Basecamp

• Planning and reporting of weekly tasks and communicating with multiple stakeholders

• Good working use of - Google, Sheets, Docs, Pages/Word, Calendars, Slides/Keynote/Powerpoint

Skills & Experience requirements:

• Experienced administrator of Wordpress CMS

• Good basic working knowledge of HTML

• Working knowledge of SEO best practice

• Familiar with using project management systems like Slack, Trello, Basecamp

• Excellent organisation & communication skills - written & spoken English

• Good working use of - Google, Sheets, Docs, Pages/Word, Calendars, Slides/Keynote/Powerpoint

• Additional languages would be beneficial but not essential
