This could be an opportunity for you to work as a Warranty Administrator at Bournemouth Airport for our fast expanding global aviation Client. Permanent full time Monday-Friday 40 hrs a week. You will work as part of the Commercial Department within Part 145. As a Warranty Administrator you will raise and control Aerospace Warranty claims upon OEMs or warranty companies. REPORT TO: Commercial Manager ROLE: * Generating and processing of contract change orders * Updating customers and generating invoices * Raising estimates and generating quotations * Chasing and collecting data for invoice processing and generating * Tracking status of warranty parts/hours claiming and processing * Manage and report on warranty debtor * Monitor parts returns * Tracking labour hours and processing * General and technical administration * Researching opportunities for improvement of processes and other project work REQUIREMENTS: * You must have experience in Aerospace Warranty processing * Good communication and mathematical skills required * Good IT Skills- Proficiency in Ms Office Package
