Warranty Administrator
Salary : £24,000 + Great Benefits
hours: 8am-5pmmonday to friday
This successful Dealership is looking for a Warranty Administrator to work within their busy Department. The ideal applicant will be well organised, a clear communicator and preferably have at least 1-2 years Warranty/Workshop Administration experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing an administrative function
Ensuring that all invoicing takes place in an accurate and timely manner and that documentation is processed in line with company procedures.
Providing estimates to customers in a timely and professional manner
Preparing invoices for customers.
Accurately maintaining the document control systems and the cash/credit accounting systems
Recording vehicle detail and service histories accurately and operate a customer follow up system.
This company are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational and administrative skills who will pay attention to detail, ideally with previous experience within a similar role.
