HRGO are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on behalf of a large well established company located on the outskirts of Morley with a national presence. This is a a front line leadership role encompassing full process ownership for the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse. Exceptional service delivery to customers both internal and external is the key operational requirement of this role along with the need for excellent managerial skills. They have on site parking and fantastic transport links making them ideally located for candidates from Wakefield, Leeds, Dewsbury, and surrounding areas.

Duties Include:

• Resource planning to maximise efficiency and ensure operational success.
• Managing the daily work plan.
• Adherence to stock management systems.
• Manage and organise daily picking requirements.
• Monitor accuracy and organisation during unloading/inspection of all inbound goods/returned product.
• Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled.
• Daily liaison with Transport and Supply Chain to monitor and improve processes.
• Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
• Assist in employee training, development, and engagement.

Candidates require:

• PC skills, particularly Microsoft office.
• FLT Qualified in Reach and Counterbalance
• Previous Team Leader experience is desirable
