Warehouse Supervisor Bridgwater £18,000 Are you an experienced Warehouse supervisor? Do you have strong Communication skills? Do you like working within a team environment? My client is a growing home delivery service, providing healthcare products to individual customers and healthcare providers. They are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join their small friendly and expanding team based in Bridgwater, Somerset with free parking. Responsibilities: * To collate stock for orders, pack and prepare stock for despatch within the Company guidelines - also using the delivery database. * Booking goods-in and placing these in the appropriate stock position. * Receive incoming goods, check and sign paperwork as required. * To assist with Stock Rotation, Stock checks and Stock Takes. * To ensure all documentation is correctly maintained. * To ensure the warehouses and working areas are kept clean and tidy. * Carrying out the Returns twice a week and replenish the Sample area. * To complete the monthly maintenance Check Sheet each week. * To carry out the duties of booking in stock (on Sage). * To open and close the building when required * To assist with staff issues and disciplinaries when needed. * Dealing with all picking and packing errors and filling the relevant paperwork / spreadsheets out. * Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by management Essential Skills * Strong communication skills, both written and oral * To be able to work in a team environment * The ability to learn new skills quickly and attention to detail is a must * Time management * Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be an advantage * Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages * Experience in relating to all generations, putting the customer at the heart of the journey Benefits * 26 days annual leave plus additional 8 days bank holiday * Company quarterly and annual bonuses * No weekend work.
