HRGO (Norwich) Ltd are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our large and well established clients in East Norwich. Assisting Senior colleagues in the smooth running and operation of a fast moving environment, you will ensure that your teams understand and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures at all times. You will supervise and control customer orders, ensuring that they are processed efficiently with minimal stock damage to meet timescales and deadlines. Responsible for driving Standard Work, you will ensure that quality processes are adhered to, ensuring the "Right First Time" ethos. You will work with Management to procure high quality and cost effective materials, ensuring suitable alternatives are available when necessary. The post is full time, working a weekly shift of Wed - Sat, 2pm-9.45pm and Sunday 9am-4.45pm.
