Bristol Airport - Baggage handler

£11 per hour +holiday pay

You will be given a rota to work 5 days a week. These can be variable days and you will also be required to work some weekends. This position will require you to be physically fit due to heavy, repetitive lifting of items up to 35 kg.

There are variable shifts to choose from:

Mornings 6am until 2pm,Afternoons 2pm until 10pm, Nights 10pm until 6am

Load and unload aircraft luggage weighing up to 35 Kilos

Be able to work in confined spaces and from heights

Responsible for maintaining safety and security of the ramp at all times Monitor Customer safety during boarding/offloading of aircraft and assist Customers where necessary

Transfer of baggage

Observe safe ground handling procedures and maintenance of ground handling equipment, including the performance of equipment checks

Comply with all safety procedures

Communicate with Operations, Flight Crew personnel and other ground personnel.

Passenger Service Agent- Bristol Airport

Various shifts - 5 days out of 7, might include weekends.

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the airport operation and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft. We are looking for customer focused individuals with excellent customer service skills. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a professional check-in service, Being the face of the company and always showcasing a high level of customer service. You'll be required to work on the check-in &ticket desks, as well as working on the boarding gates and processing the passengers before they depart. You will also be required to help & assist the use of self-service bag drops for passengers.

Ramp Agent- Bristol Airport -Driver's license essential

Various shifts - 5 days out of 7, might include weekends.

Ramp Agents are responsible for ensuring all passengers baggage is loaded and unloaded accurately and efficiently. It is essential that you hold a full UK drivers license for this role with no more than 6 points on your license.

Due to the location of work being at Bristol Airport you must be able to provide a 5year check-able work history, you do not need to have been employed for a continuous 5 years but we will need to verify whatever it is that you have been doing, this can cover unemployment periods, school etc. You must be able to provide valid photographic ID and willing to undertake a criminal record check.

Our Ramp Agents perform a range of duties, which may include:

• Aircraft baggage loading and unloading
• Baggage sorting and transportation
• Aircraft push back
• Unit load devise control
• Airside Driving

Candidates Must:

Provide a full 5 year checkable history on registration

Provide a basic Disclosure Scotland Criminal Record Check

Have no criminal record, or any unspent convictions

Be willing to work all assigned shifts covering a 24 hour operation, including weekends and bank holidays

Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK

Have current and valid photo ID

Have proof of NI Number

Successful candidates will be required to provide 5 years of work references as well as have DBS check on update service or be willing to apply for one through us.
