HRGO Recruitment are looking to fill a vacancy for a Warehouse Assistant on behalf of Distribution Centre in Maldon, Essex.

The successful applicant will work in either the Inbound or Outbound section of the distribution warehouse. The duties will include unloading/loading vehicles, shrink wrapping pallets, staging pallets, move stock with a pump truck, locate and pick items, stick labels onto product boxes plus other general warehouse duties as required. No experience required as full training is given.

The working hours and pay:

7am to 7pm with two half hour breaks per day. There is a rotating shift pattern to follow - 4 days on and 4 days off (some shifts will fall on a Saturday and/or Sunday). The pay is £8.50 per hour rising to £9.13 per hour after 12 weeks. The pay is weekly in arrears.

The successful candidate must be able to commit to working any 4 days out of 7 days (including some weekends), be a good communicator, hard working, focused and able to take instruction.

Due to the location and limited public transport it is essential that applications are received from candidates who either live local to Maldon or have their own transport.
