WH Admin & Forklift Driver

MUST have a Registered valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

He/ She will drive petrol, diesel, or electric powered forklifts. The main role of this operative is, booking in of all goods in, as well as picking orders for the picklist so production has ingredients ready for their starting shift. They will also offload hauliers in the yard when deliveries turn up.

He/ She will help assist where possible to book in and return packaging materials onto the FM system as and when needed.

Duties and responsibilities

• Once goods received, paperwork to be checked, book in & print the relevant labels to match the goods, complete relevant booking / out procedures on Factory master.

• Picks and prepares the stock for production.

• Ensure inbound /outbound stock is recorded correctly on the warehouse management system / scanner.

• Stock check and restocking of certain product in various chilled CA cold stores daily due to space requirements needed

• Offloading & loading of all vehicles inbound / outbound

• Ensure that the Yard is always kept tidy with the Clean as you go policy

• Input Returns of packaging materials daily of each customer or product from inbound deliveries.

• Essential that all paperwork is accurately written.

• Stock check daily/monthly and rotation of shelf-life products.

• Must be Pro-active, use initiative and have good communication skills

• Any ADHOC duties required
