Experienced Transport Co-ordinator is required to join our client based in Sittingbourne.

You will be required to plan and co-ordinate deliveries to agreed service level agreements, in the most cost effective, efficient way possible.

You will be analysing customer demand and optimising route efficiency, managing transport costs, vehicle useage and scheduling.

You will need to be up to date on a daily basis with inventory, stock demands and shortages / delays.

Other duties include updating the scheduling software and collating weekly reports of service performance levels. Candidates must have a proven background within transport and customer service and possess a good geographical knowledge for planning purposes.
