Job Specification

POSITION: Transport Co-ordinator

LOCATION: Holywell

HOURS: Monday - Friday (40 Hours)

SALARY: £NEG DOE

HRGO Recruitment are looking for 2 Transport Co-ordinator's for our client in Holywell. The positions are a temporary contact and is due to start immediately.

Job specification:

  • You will be responsible for accepting orders from clients and arranging collection and deliveries
  • Communicating to the client's warehouse and transport planners
  • Updating systems accordingly
  • Authorising charges of invoicing
  • Liaising with clients regarding collection/delivery
  • Supporting Contract Manager so KPI's are met

Requirement:

  • Have previous experience in the transport industry
  • Have good IT skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Strong team player
