My client, a leading, employee focused and well recognised name within their field are experiencing an exciting period of growth and looking to recruit an organised, reliable and pro-active Trainee Fabrication Team Leader responsible for ensuring workload is organised and distributed to all team members, ensuring that all activities are carried out whilst complying with all H&S measures introduced by the company and ensuring that outputs/standards for the manufacture of fabricated products are met or exceeded in line with drawings provided by the Technical Department. Reporting into the Team Leader! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring that quality products are fabricated and assembled in a timely and cost effective manner, whilst applying a culture of continuous improvement! You will have a desire to develop both yourself and others and a keen learner.
