Trainee Recruitment Resourcer - Central London

£10.26- £11.28 per hour (£20,000- £22,000 DOE

0900am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday with one hour lunch break.THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WORKING 2-3 DAYS FROM HOME

Due to their continued success and substantial growth, our client is looking to recruit for entry-level Resourcers to join an expanding recruitment company based in Central London. We are looking for high energy communicative people to provide an outbound calling service to potential candidates. Ideally, you will have some level of tele-sales experience but not essential. The key is that you will need to be very confident and professional on the phone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role will see you supporting experienced Consultants in contacting prospective candidates, talking them through the roles they have been shortlisted to and confirming the candidate's availability to talk with more senior members of the recruitment team. This position is NOT a sales-based role, it is a support position focused on the research and administration aspects within the team You will be working within a hardworking, highly motivated, and high performing team of consultants who all share the same drive and passion that successfully typify the company.

On a permanent basis the role will pay £20-22k depending on experience - then £250 commission per successful placement. If you are hitting targets, then realistically you would have and OTE (On Track Earnings) of £35k+ with your commission.
