Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary: 21k-24k (based on experience)

You may currently be a Trainee Consultant or in a resourcing position, customer service or retail role and looking for that next step. HR GO are looking for a candidate with the passion and drive to train as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

• Someone with enthusiasm and drive. Recruitment is tough and you'll need to be organised, focused and tenacious in your approach

• A desire to deliver a professional service/experience

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak to people on the phone

• The ability to engage and listen to prospective candidates to fully understand their needs and to confidently discuss possible roles with them

• A methodical and structured approach to your work

• Excellent attention to detail
