HR GO Ashford are currently recruiting for a global, growing organisation in central Ashford. The company ensure that their approach to business is unique to their competitors. This role will start off as a resourcer and will progress into a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Main duties: * First line screening and interviewing of candidates * Head hunting for new talent * Replying to all applications from jobs adverts * Screening CV's * Creating job adverts from the role description * Placing candidates and clients on the in-house system * Matching candidates to the job specification * Taking calls from both candidates and clients * Placing candidates in high profile roles The successful candidate: * Previous experience in sales/strong sales background is essential * Intermediate knowledge of IT * Quick learner on systems * Be able to use your own initiative * Able to work alone as well as with colleagues * Possess a can-do attitude Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (plus a commission scheme) If you are interested please contact Carly James at Carly.james@hrgo.co.uk or call the office on 01233 634242.
