LOCATION: Eastbourne
ROLE: Recruitment Administrator
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: 18k - 21k (based on experience)

HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Administrator to join our buzz filled friendly team located in Eastbourne town centre.

You will be working with a team of Recruitment Consultants meeting both targets and deadlines, following compliance, processing payroll as well as account management duties.

Job Responsibilities

* Processing payroll and dealing with all pay queries relating to pay role
* Account Management
* Uploading documents onto the CRM systems
* Following and implementing heavy compliance
* Processing holiday, p45 and p60 requests
* Monitoring Holiday reports
* Resourcing and qualifying candidates
* Book candidates into required booking using our CRM system (training provided)
* Write engaging job adverts that attract candidates to the opportunities
* Highlight trends and identify market insights into recruitment challenges and identify opportunities for development
* Partner with stakeholders and support them with candidate management

• * Administration experience is preferred but not essential as long as you have transferable skills.
