We have a great opportunity for an HGV Drivers Mate with progress into HGV 1 or 2 , to join our team based in Northampton, Bugbrooke Mills, Northamptonshire.

This position is temp to perm work, however, will be long term and permanent after 14 weeks for candidates that show willingness, are reliable and hard working.

Once permanent, you will be given the opportunity to become an HGV Driver , Class1/2, with full funded training.

You will be working Monday to Friday

Payrate: £10.50ph

Start time: 0400-0700

HGV Driving Salary can be between 37000 and 50000/year

Duties:

Assisting the driver

Delivery of everyday flour and birds feed

Assisting in the unloading of the vehicle and the reloading

assist in completing all drops safely and on time.

Ensuring all goods are handled with care.

Ensuring that Health and Safety is followed at all times.

Ensuring the goods being delivered match against the delivery paperwork.

The right candidate for this position will:

• Have a minimum of 6 months driving experience,

• UK Driving licence

• Excellent communication skills
