We are currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist for our Broadstairs based client.
To be considered for this position you must have previous office experience, ideally working on reception.
You will be required to welcome visitors ensuring that they sign the visitors book, each is given a visitor's badge and ensure these are returned to Customer Services when the visitor leaves the building and signs out.
You will be using a switchboard which will involve transferring call and taking messages.
Keep telephone, contact, distributor lists, short code dialling numbers, mailbox, extension and DDI lists updated and issue new lists and update Outlook where necessary in conjunction with the Customer Services Manager.
Be responsible for orders being processed via Company CRM System.
Organise, make and serve refreshments for visitors as required.
Check visitor's diary daily, book meeting room for visitors and seminars as required and put visitor's names on the automated Welcome Board.
Organise / assist with mail shots
Ensure the reception area is kept tidy at all times.
