Temporary Receptionist needed for Busy Company in North London
Hourly Rate : £9.00 per hour
Our client, a well renown, highly successful Motor Group are seeking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist to cover Reception on Temporary Basis (Holiday Dates during December) but also basic Admin duties. You must have at least 2-3 years recent Receptionist/Admin experience and have a mature approach.
This role requires an individual with first class presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a friendly team. Working in a very busy environment you must also possess excellent multi-tasking skills.
This is a varied role including:
Meeting and greeting customers
Data entry; computer literacy is an essential requirement
Answering & directing all telephone calls in a pleasant & professional manner
To oversee that the telephone system operates efficiently
Ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times
General admin duties e.g. filing, typing, faxing, correspondence.
Candidates who do not have a solid Receptionist/Customer Service background and process excellent communication skills, with at least two year's solid experience will not be considered for this position.
