Location: Hastings (Next to train station)

Pay Rate: £13p/h -£15p/h based on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

HR GO Recruitment seek a Finance & Administration Assistant for their client in Hastings, East Sussex.

Although initially a temporary position the successful applicant should be offered a permanent contract after completing a three-month probationary period, with a salary of £20,000.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Supplier invoicing

• Posting receipts/payments on Sage

• Processing supplier invoices on Sage 50

• BACS Runs

• Processing staff expenses claims/credit card transactions

• Bank Reconciliation

• Month End reconciliation support to the Finance Manager

This post requires an understanding of shared responsibilities within a team and it also incorporates general data input tasks.

Skill

• Must be numerate and articulate

• Preferably from an account's administration background

• Excel Experience to intermediate level is essential (must be proficient with formulas, vlookups & pivot tables)

• Sage 50 experience desirable
