Customer Service Agent
Bishops Stortford
£9.50 per hour
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends.
Monday to Saturday - 9.00am - 5.30pm & Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Immediate start
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To deal with all customer orders and queries by telephone, emails and letters and promptly process all orders/queries
To contribute to the attainment of the departmental target
Accurate data entry
Taking customer call backs
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
To effectively follow all departmental procedures
To make suggestions on procedure/process improvement
To embrace change with enthusiasm to ensure that the department develops and grows as the business develops and grows
Where necessary be involved in training of new staff
General admin tasks as required
Essential skills and experience:
Customer service skills
MUST be flexible and able to work weekends
Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good IT skills including Outlook and Word
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to multitask
