I am looking for a temporary Head Chef for a client based in Ashford, due to location and working times you must have your own transport. You will be responsible for running a small but friendly team serving a modern British menu as well as a bar menu and snack menu. General working hours will be 10-4 but you will be required to work outside of these hours for club functions so you must be flexible. You will work 5 days out of 7 with 2 days off. We are looking for Chef with experience and the ability to demonstrate kitchen skills to the highest level as well as being confident, self-motivated, driven and motivational.
