You need to be a confident communicator with a good telephone manner. Previous experience of customer service, sales and working to targets is preferred, but full training on all services will be given.

Hours of work

08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 14:30 on a Friday, with a dress down option on Fridays. 40 minute lunch break and two 10 minute comfort breaks.
