HR GO are currently recruiting for a number of Telemarketing Agents to join a well-known, global company situated in the heart of Ashford. This company has been in business for over 85 years and are now looking to grow their sales team. Main Duties: * Selling of the products to customers (B2B) * Outbound cold and warm calls - data provided * Hitting daily KPIs * Closing the sale at any given opportunity * Following up on own leads * Going above and beyond to meet your sales KPI's The person: * Minimum of 1 years in a telesales-based role with a proven track record of hitting KPIs (sales targets) * Have a passion for selling * Motivated to sell * Strong sales background The package: * 28 days annual leave (plus 8 statutory bank holidays) * Free lunch every day for all members of staff The salary for this role is £19,500 plus uncapped commission *Immediate interviews and starts available*
