HOURS: Monday- Friday 40 hrs/week REPORT TO: Technical Records Manager The Role: The role involves providing administrative support covering all aspects of technical records, functions in accordance with company's MOE, the regulation procedure by EASA, the UK CAA and other Regulatory Authorities. Liaising with Aircraft operators to ensure all necessary maintenance data is provided and updated for any maintenance requested. Main Responsibilities: * Create, print and distribute documents,instructions and work packs for maintenance * Updating and uploading workpacks software with workpacks held and processed for each location and their status * Printing workpack labels and part listings * Initial workplack receipt signature checking for completion * Updating log book certificates and technical record system when any maintenance is carried out * Other tasks as required and as directed by Technical Records Manager Requirements: * You must have a can do aaproach to your work with positive attitude * Experience of working in an aircraft maintenance environment
