Hrgo are recruiting a full time, Team Manager for the Deal area. The post holder will manage a team of support staff and services, working closely in collaboration with other partner providers and will be responsible for performance management. You must have a full driving license and own transport.

Essentials

• Experience Essential of managing and supervising a team of staff

• Experience of working against contractual targets and performance measures

• Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive matters

• Experience of working to and implementing policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of people management practices, ability to lead and motivate a staff team

• Knowledge of current legislation and developments relating to Safeguarding and the Care Act

• Understanding of key issues and developments across Health & Social Care

• Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes and database or information systems

• Integrity (high standards of integrity, honesty and fairness to help to deliver an excellent service to Carers)

• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, open and non-judgemental, ability to develop rapport with Carers, co-workers and professionals

• Service focused (to respond to the needs, in a timely and appropriate manner to maintain the required level of service)
