Candidates interested in this role will need to demonstrate that they are a strong team manager, able to lead and take ownership of various projects for multiple clients.

The main purpose of the role is to plan, manage and monitor the inventory and processing of such for a number of projects for multiple customer accounts.

• You will launch all projects with team members, allocating tasks to various individuals, giving clear deliverables and timelines.
• You will establish and implement best practice inventory management processes / procedures.
• You will ensure that the ERP system is set to manage the program roll-out and track all costings.
• You will be responsible for any 'spec' changes and notify relevant departments.
• You will need to provide detailed project updates / reports - specifically costings and for completion of works.

You will possess excellent communication skills, being able to liaise with all levels of personnel internally, mentoring where necessary. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with customer accounts at every stage of the project, either over the telephone or face to face in meetings.

Candidates need to possess good attention to detail, be computer literate and have a strong knowledge of using ERP systems. You should possess a minimum of 4 years previous experience in a similar role, used to dealing with shipments from around the world (inbound and outbound) and ideally be familiar with production techniques.
