We are seeking a early riser flexible team leader on behalf of our fast expanding client .Who can organise, influence, direct and deliver excellent customer service for all the deliveries of bespoke Plant Displays / Flower Baskets in & around London sites . Taking responsibility for the delivery team rounds . ----------- The weekly schedule of this supervisort / managerail role involves being on telephone support over a weekend to the Sunday Drivers and arriving at 03:00 on Monday morning to resolve any delivery issues that may arise from either the weekend or Monday deliveries. Then arrive at the nursery by 05:00 on Tuesday morning to provide support and back up for any delivery issues. Wednesday to Friday you would work your own delivery round. ------------- Other key pointers of the position is liaising with the head Florist on any packing or quality issues . Working together with the Operations Manager on a continuous improvement process . Plus proving daily support and training to delivery driver team. Monitoring and inspecting all aspects of the fleet vehicles ensuring they are in good condition . The nature of this role requires a early start to avoid the midday sun and traffic congestion , Hence a early bird is required . Suggested ideal age is 25 + for insurance purposes.
