Team Leader
Birkenhead Based - Full Time
£25,000 PA + Up to £4K Performance Bonus
Purpose Summary
You will be responsible for managing a team of Enquiry Account Managers, whilst also making outbound calls to construction professionals with the aim of increasing our client's enquiry/quotation rates.
The key areas of responsibilities for the Enquiry Team Leader include:
Ensure your team's targets & KPI's are continually hit and reviewed
Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout your team
Support Account Managers with development & performance via internal tools
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential Skills:
Tenacious with a passion to exceed targets
Excellent people management skills
Strong understanding of the construction process
Full proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office applications

Principal Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to construction professionals, to promote the key features and benefits of our clients' products
Ensure the CRM database is updated and managed efficiently
Consistently hitting target on own accounts
Ensure the team complete performance trackers
Identify Account Managers knowledge gaps and assist with training needs
Data Management - ensure data is up to date on all your Managed Account Divisions and that all projects and opportunities are being called correctly
Identify weaknesses within the data suggesting solutions e.g., project times, wrong sectors
Support Account Managers with their development & performance via Clear Review (internal tool)
Oversee day to day teams operations, maintain and evaluate processes
Attend Client review meetings
Report & communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide stats/results/objections & communicate back to Account Managers
