Driver/Team Leader Pay Rate - £25k per annum Location - Stansted Working days - Monday to Friday + weekend work Working hours - 3am on Monday's, 5am on Tuesdays Wed-Sun hours TBA Job responsibilities: * To Act as Trouble-shooter on all delivery issues * Lead a team of drivers * To ensure all deliveries are completed * Achieve agreed delivery targets * Deal with all complaints in the correct manor * To provide telephone support for Sunday delivery drivers * Arrive on-site every Monday at 3am to provide support and back up for any delivery issues * Arrange back up plans * Support and training for all drivers * Complete own deliveries Wednesday-Friday * Help with any packing issues * Weekly inspection on vehicles (clean and good condition) Skills & Qualifications: * Full UK driving licence * Customer driven * Organised * Efficient * Pro-active attitude * Good problem solver * Experience in delivery driving * Supervisory skills To apply for this position, please email a copy of your CV to laura.baxter@hrgo.co.uk
