HR Go Education are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant based near Sevenoaks!

The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, and reliable and have had experience as an LSA or within Care!

A residential school you will have the opportunity to work with SEND students on a 1:1 basis; as well as in groups supporting the students in lessons. You will also have the chance to work in the incredible residential unit taking care of the student's living routine - just some of the duties being: getting them up and ready, making sure they have their breakfast and even getting them ready for bed.

You have the chance to create meaningful relationships with the students alongside a team of over 200 that specialises in numerous departments of SEND care. You will become a part of an incredible network of staff offering unconditional care and support for a great group of students with varied SEND needs, ages from primary through to secondary.

Requirements for the Role:

• Ideally have experience with adults or children with SEND.
• Must have an adult and child DBS (can be applied for through HR Go).
• Have a Practical and Moving certificate (HR Go can also help you acquire this too!)
• Must be flexible with shifts from Monday to Friday.
• Ideal candidate will have many great qualities but someone who is patient, resilient, compassionate, and dedicated is a must!
• Must be able to drive!
