HR Go Education are currently looking for a long-term supply Teaching Assistant based in Croydon.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about education and who will be able to effectively use their prior experience in the classroom to help assist the teacher in developing the education and emotional needs of the pupils.

The ideal individual for the position will be someone with strong numeracy and literacy skills; who can clearly demonstrate these skills in group or 1:1 interventions - whilst also monitoring and reporting on progression.

You will have the chance to work with a fantastic group of students, supporting them through their academic year of school alongside a dedicated group of staff who strive for the highest of standards.

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is also highly desirable!

Requirements for the Role:

• Ability to create great relationships with both pupils and staff
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Great organisational skills
• Prior experience working in a school environment in a similar role.
• An Enhanced DBS (this can be obtained through HR Go)
• Able to commit Monday - Friday.
• Someone who is reliable, dedicated, and passionate about education!
• Desirable to hold a level 2 or level 3 qualification as a Teaching Assistant.
