HRGO Education are looking for Teaching Assistants to start work immediately with children aged 11 - 16 in Secondary schools in Ipswich, Suffolk.
As a teaching assistant in a secondary school you will be working students who need additional learning support throughout the day. You'll work on a group or one-to-one basis with students. This job typically involves supporting students who struggle with behaviour management, or complex special needs.
You can expect to earn between £70 - £100 per days as a teaching assistant, working a 6.5 hour day.
That's between £300 - £500 per week (based on 32.5 hours)

You will need to demonstrate a good standard of general education, and you will need Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, however we can support you with this.

Pay & Working Hours
Sessional or relief teaching assistants are typically paid between £9.50 and £11.50 per hour. Income figures are intended as a guide only.
Full-time Teaching Assistants usually work between 32 & 35 hours per week. Starting the school day at 8.30am and finishing at 3.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, but it may become permanent later upon school discretion.
