HR GO Education is working for a Maidstone SEND school. We have an incredible opportunity searching for an experience as Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant. This role is 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday (£15,000-£20,000) Permanent role.

Are you adaptable and able to bring out the best in our pupils with special talents, aged 2 - 19, with severe, profound, or complex needs?

Essential skills/experience will include.

• Experience Ta / LSA / special needs with adults or children

• Ability to work independently
• Understand how to support a child with special needs
• Ability to work with challenging students, understand their needs, and demonstrate effective behaviour management strategies as and when required.

• To be able to work 1-1 or with big groups

• Determination to raise the levels of achievement of children.
• Ability to cope with emotionally demanding situations.
