Systems Administrator We are assisting our client with the recruitment of a temporary Administrator to assist them, for approximately 5 months, with the implementation a new ERP system that requires some clerical/administrative assistance with some of the admin based tasks. The right candidate will have: * Working knowledge of MS Office packages (Microsoft Excel in particular) and the use of company business ERP systems is an advantage * Customer service experience is an advantage * Well organised, dependable and thorough, with attention to detail and the ability to organise data. Duties will involve: * Gathering customer and supplier data for the new ERP system, this will involve locating and gathering the following information for both customers and suppliers * Scrubbing/cleaning and manually amending customer and supplier data for the new ERP system * Assist in liaising with customers and notifying them of the part number change on their specific labels and filing approval documents * Assist in liaising with suppliers and notifying them of the part number change for the components we purchase directly from them * Assist in updating the components specification documents * Assist in updating the work instruction documents * Assist with any other administrative tasks relating to the ERP project Location: Harlow, Essex Salary: £11 per hour Working hours: 9am - 5pm
